GRANT CYCLE:

The foundation has changed its procedures regarding receipt of both

LETTERS OF INQUIRY and GRANT APPLICATIONS

 

 

The Foundation now receives grant proposals on a three-year cycle.     The next grant cycle is as follows:

 

September 1, 2018 until January 15, 2019:  Letters of Inquiry (LOI) may be submitted for approval.  

All organizations intending to apply for a grant need to submit an LOI first.

 

 

January 16 to February 15, 2019:

The Foundation will respond to LOI submissions during this time, and will notify

each organization as to whether they will be invited to submit a Complete Grant Proposal.

 

 

April 15, 2019: Grant Proposal Deadline.  IF your organization has received an invitation to submit one,

a Completed Grant Proposal is due from accepted applicants.  

Use the form on our website to ensure a complete proposal is being submitted.

Late proposals will not be accepted.   Proposals that are incomplete will not be considered.

 

August 1, 2019: Applicant is notified of the Foundation's decision.  If a grant is approved, funds are dispersed.

 

 

Note:  

Do NOT use US mail, regular mail, Certified or Registered Mail to send proposals or Letters of Inquiry.  

Letters of Inquiry and Proposals sent by these methods will not be considered.

 

Emailed copies of Brochures, newsletters, and news articles are welcome.
